As the Technical Team Head of AASRA, a social club at NIT Rourkela, I lead technical projects and initiatives aimed at social upliftment. My role involves coordinating with team members, planning technical activities, and implementing solutions that address community issues. This leadership position has honed my project management skills and my ability to work collaboratively towards common goals.
The club focuses on education, health, and environmental sustainability. AASRA conducts regular teaching sessions, health camps, and awareness programs to empower marginalized groups. The club's activities include distributing educational materials, organizing blood donation drives, and promoting cleanliness and hygiene. AASRA aims to create a positive impact by fostering a sense of responsibility and empathy among students and volunteers.
